Cinco Ranch keeps a live page of community links, phone numbers, and access info. We point straight to it, so it stays up to date on its own.

Common things you may need to do

These open the official Cinco Ranch pages in a new tab — always their current info.

Signing in

No password to remember. You enter your email, we send a 6-digit code, you type it in — that’s it. Your sign-in lasts on your device, so you usually won’t need to do it again for a while.

The tabs at the top

Everything lives under the tabs at the top. Tap any one to switch — you’re always one tap from where you want to be.

1. Dashboard — update your details, recommend a contractor, report an issue, report a move, suggest an improvement.
2. Directory — look up your neighbors.
3. Contractors — service providers your neighbors recommend, and a place to add your own.
4. Polls — vote on neighborhood questions. A New badge means one is waiting for you.
5. Community — the pedestrian gate code, Cinco Ranch HOA contacts, and resource links.
6. What’s New — the latest improvements to the site.

Update my information & add a photo

Your details are yours to manage. Open Update my information, change anything, and save — it goes live in the directory right away, no waiting for approval. You can add a friendly profile photo for each adult so neighbors can put a face to the name.

The neighbor directory

Every home is listed with its owner surname and year of purchase (public county records). If a household has opted in, you’ll also see names, emails, phones, and photos; if they haven’t, the contact details stay private. Tap any address to open it on a map.

Your privacy is your choice. In Update my information you pick: full listing, name & email only, or not listed at all.

Voting in a poll

When the reps open a question, it appears under Polls. Pick your answer and cast your vote — one vote per household, and votes are anonymous (results show totals only). You can see results and past polls any time.

Contractors — find, recommend, review

Open the Contractors tab to find providers your neighbors vouch for, grouped by category. Use the filter box to jump to what you need.

1. Recommend one: tap + Recommend a contractor. Don’t see the category? Choose “Other” and name a new one — a rep approves it.
2. Rate & review: tap ★ Rate on any contractor to leave 1–5 stars and a comment. The card shows the average.

Suggest an improvement

Have an idea to make this site better? Open Suggest an improvement and tell us. It goes straight to the reps — no approval, no waiting. Your ideas shape where we take the site next.

Two email addresses to know

community@bayoupinescustom.org — reaches every current resident. Use it instead of reply-all.

nrc-reps@bayoupinescustom.org — reaches your three Neighborhood Reps directly, for anything you’d rather not send to all fifty-six homes.
